Bikini Body??? Weekly schedule...!? Or tips...? Summers Coming!!! Great...except for the fact that i really need to tone up... Can someone please write me up or send me a weekly schedule on how to tone my upper legs, arms, and stomach with just a treadmill, weights, and a yoga mat...Thanks soo much!!! Even if you can't do a weekly schedule just exercises, tips on staying motivated, healthy snacks!! Please Help!!!

for staying motivated, concentrate on your bikini body goal. tell yourself that you're going to both look and feel fabulous if you keep it up. getting a friend to work out with you can help you, too.
for healthy snacks, i like eating trail mix. just avoid the ones that are filled with too much chocolate and stuff.
this is obvious, but fruits are seriously healthy and refreshing. berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc) have tons of antioxidants, which boost your immune system.
oh yeah, and remember to stay hydrated when you're working out! drink water, it has 0 calories. if you drink energy drinks, you might end up gaining more calories than you burned.

UPDATE ON MY CUTE STRING BIKINI? I am a 15 yr old girl I asked if I was too young to have a string bikini
I went shopping with mum yesterday and she let me try on the cute pink string bikini with gold string ties (sliding triangle top and moderate backed side tying bottoms). Good news mum let me have the bikini.
But as part of the compromise she chose the two swimsuits they are classic tank style with medium cut legs.
But back to the cute bikini.
Firstly I have got to pay back to two thirds of the cost out of my allowance will be deducted weekly.
Secondly mum has told me she is trusting me to have this bikini, but there are “RULES”
that go with having it.
1 the bikini will at all times be kept by mum, I will only wear it if and when mum thinks it is suitable and I don’t get to have it until the holiday.
2 I will only get to wear the bikini on holiday when I can be supervised, mum or dad can see where I am etc. If I can’t I have to wear one of the swimsuits.
3 I have to make sure I double knot the bows when I wear it and the triangles of the top have to be fully spread. MUM WILL CHECK THIS.
4 I must not deliberately show off or prance about to attract attention to me while wearing the bikini.
5 If mum or dad tells me to go take the bikini off or change into one of the swimsuits because they think I need to do so, I have to do this without complaining etc about it.
6 If I misbehave or do anything that breaks mums trust in letting me have the bikini, I will lose the bikini. Either I won’t get to wear it for some time or permanently if it is serious.
I am happy that mum let me have the bikini, and I have promised to obey the rules.

How is 115 lbs too big??? At 5'4, that's about normal. If you're concerned about your tummy area, just do bicycle crunches as shown in this video. Bicycle crunches are proven to be the best single workout a person can do, if they could only choose one.

Help?!! DIET AND EXERCISE PLAN FOR BIKINI BODY? Hello there!
i have exactly 5 weeks and 6 days until i go on holiday for a week.
im going to greece so it will still be warm in october and ill have to wear a bikini!
anyone have any good tips on my diet and exercises i could do.
im really trying to focus on getting a washboard stomach and lose fat on my arms-i have an issue with showing them off! =/
I'm pretty much willing to do anything if it will help lose body fat!
and it would be AMAZING if someone had the time to make up some sort of weekly plan. that is if you can be bothered helping me..

Food:
Stay away from white grains like pasta, bread, flour, and rice. When eating grains go for whole wheat, it’s a lot healthier and has fewer calories. When eating meat, always go for lean or extra lean if available. Also stay away from junk food – of course! But, don’t demonize it, because if you are the type who loves their chocolate bars and you completely cut yourself off, you’ll only want them more. Cut down you junk intake to once a week, and on the day you have that chocolate bar make a mental note to get an extra 15 minutes of exercise that day.
Make sure you drink lots of water; it helps your metabolism and hydrates your body (obviously). If you don’t drink enough water your body will think its going to be starved, and will go into “survival mode” – this’ll cause your body to retain all the water you do drink and all the fat it can get because its preparing to be starved. Also, drinking green tea every morning increases your daily metabolism by 17%. You can take vitamin b complex to increase your metabolism as well. Try eating 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism working, and never skip breakfast! Skipping breakfast will slow your metabolism for the day!
When you snack only snack on fruits and veggies – they’re nutritious and delicious! And low in calories. My doctor recommended eating a slice of cheese with a piece of fruit as a snack so your also getting protein with your fruit. Try to stop eating after 7 pm, and only drink tea, milk, or water after that. This’ll prevent you from going to bed with food in your stomach that won’t be burned while you’re sleeping; it’ll just get turned into fat that you don’t want.
Exercise:
For exercise, make sure you get AT LEAST 30 minutes a day, but I’d recommend 60 minutes. Do cardio exercise every day as well as strength exercises like push ups and crunches. Don't push yourself too far in the beginning because if you push yourself to hard you won't be able to do much exercise and will be very stiff. Combining the two exercises will help to prevent having saggy skin once you’ve lost weight. Swimming can be a good strength exercise if you like going to the pool or lake – it tones everything at once and its fun! While you’re doing cardio (like jogging or running) make a routine that’ll challenge you but not over work you. Try running for 5 minutes then walking for 5. If that gets too easy try running for 6 walking for 4 etc.
If you need something more thorough or an actual week to wee plan email me, but if you take my advice and apply it daily and don't eat more than 1400 calories a day, you'll shed weight pretty fast. Especially if you get an hou of cardio or more every day.

How long should it take me to lose 15-20lbs? My goal isn't really to lose weight...I just need to tone (had a baby 2 years ago),. Here's my weekly regimen
20mins of cardio on my treadmil 3x's a week
Series of toning exercises on my Bowflex 5-7x's a week
standard sit-ups, leg lifts, crunches and push-ups 5-7x's a week
Not really dieting...just paying closer attention to what I eat
My goal is to be bikini ready by June. What do you guys think? |

to lose weight u need to eat right and have a workout plan 5-6 days a week.u have to want it.
***try this u need to change ur diet.
eat six times a day. ea of ur 3 main meals needs to combine a lean protein such as chicken breast ground turkey turkey bacon egg whts also combine that with a complex carb such as a baked potato or sweet potato wild rice brown rice oatmeal or girts. also add fresh fruit and vegies to lunch and dinner. pick fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. if u get canned vegies get ones with low sodium. eat every 3-4 hrs keep ur metablism moving.
***also the most important part is WATER drink at least 64oz. no soda or juice. water will curve ur cravings.
u need to hit cardio 3-4 times a week running outside it great workout if u can hit a gym and cardio machine is great at least 30mins***
also add weight/strength training 3 times a week.u can google free weight traning guides anywhere. its not hard to find things for free. also for those wanting sexy hot abs. a nice toned stomach comes from a body with low body fat. so if ur overweight and u do a million crunches or any ab workout you r wasting your time!!! cant see the muscles under fat. low body fat equals=a nice flat toned stomach.
***plan ur meals ahead of time.always have a healthy snack with u so u wont be tempted to eat fast food. also if u wait to late to eat u will get so hungry u will eat the world. make time to work out start out with 30 mins then increase.its ur body treat it right. ur diet alone can help lose weight but working out makes ur body look good. shows muscles and tight skin which is sexy and beautful. stick with it ur body will amaze u!!! to be healthy and look great u need both in ur life. good luck |
