| Speedos aren't really "in fashion" in the US for casual wear, though they are good for swimming competitions and what-not, and even when they "were" they still "weren't." They are much more common in Euorpe, and you'd even be considered out of fashion or prudeish over there if you wore the "shorts" style that is the norm in the US. Usually in the US we tend to see two types of people that wear speedos casually. 1) The types that have the body for it, but they tend to come off as way to "look at me." 2) The people that don't have the body for it, and we don't want to see what we are seeing. It's kind of like seeing the 80 year old walking around on the nude beach instead of the 20 year old. ha-ha! |
